This course is designed to extend and deepen the application of concepts discussed in Primary Education, Parts 1 and 2. Communicating with families and supporting and mentoring colleagues in their practices in the Primary classroom will be explored. Candidates will have opportunities to communicate and apply learning through practical experiences, discussion, networking and sharing the products of their learning. Leadership in assessment and strategies for building collaboration and support within the Primary education community will be examined.
- Successful completion of the Additional Qualification course: Primary Education, Part 2; and
- Two years of successful teaching experience, one in the Primary division that is certified by a supervisory officer.
