As our summer session comes to a close we want to thank everyone for their inspiring ideas, collaboration and dedication to being life-long learners.

There are a few information items below that you might find helpful when planning for future learning and finalizing your summer AQ course.

Reporting to the Ontario College of Teachers

ETFO reports your success in the course to the OCT. It will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks for your OCT qualifications card to be updated with your new AQ. You can access your qualifications record card by visiting; Ontario College of Teachers

We do not provide transcripts for AQ courses. Your record of obtaining the AQ course is on your OCT qualifications card.

Receipts for funding

Receipts for AQ courses are emailed to participants as soon as they pay for the course. If you need a different receipt to secure professional development funding, please email aqcourses@etfo.org.

Reporting to QECO

If you are seeking salary increases through the additional qualification course, you need to send your updated OCT record card to QECO or OSSTF. We also suggest that you notify your board’s human resources department of your expected salary grid enhancement.

Fall Registration

Fall registration began July 5th. Course begin September 27th and finish December 17th, 2010. We look forward to engaging with you in another AQ course.

Register early to avoid courses being full!
