What you’ll need for Online or Blended Courses

 

Candidates must have a computer with the following minimum requirements:

• PC Windows 98 or newer, adobe Acrobat Reader  and Adobe Flash Player (available free from www.adobe.com)
• MAC OS  X (up to 10.4)  or newer, adobe Acrobat Reader  and Adobe Flash Player (available free from www.adobe.com)

 

Candidates should also:

• have access to the internet, daily for summer session courses and at least three times a week for fall/winter/spring courses. (high speed internet is desirable)
• have an email address and be able to send and receive emails with attachments
• use Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari
• have a willingness to learn how to use new and interesting web tools such as chats, blogs or wikkis
