This course provides candidates with a strong foundation and understanding of the vision and underlying philosophy related to Primary Education. The focus will be on the development of an engaging learning environment for primary aged learners. Candidates will have the opportunity to communicate and apply learning through practical experiences, discussions, networking, and the sharing of products of their learning.
This course is designed to assist those already qualified to teach in the primary division to teach more effectively.
Prerequisites
- OCT member in good standing
- Permanent Teaching Certificate (Certificate of Qualification and Registration)
- Basic Qualifications in Primary division
* If you have a Transitional Certificate of Qualification and Registration you are not eligible for enrollment in an AQ course.
