This course focuses on exploring the new Science curriculum with a focus on teaching the fundamental science and technology concepts and skills and connecting them to real life to prepare students for success now and in the future. Candidates will review tools, resources and experiments where students learn to apply their understanding with increasing sophistication, investigate real-world problems and make connections between science, technology, other subject areas and social, economic, and environmental issues that impact our lives.
Prerequisites
- OCT member in good standing
- Permanent Teaching Certificate (Certificate of Qualification and Registration)
- Basic Qualifications in at least one of the following divisions:

- Intermediate
- Senior
